摘要
以凉水井煤矿431301工作面为工程背景,对沿空留巷切顶卸压技术进行研究。分析了沿空留巷切顶卸压机制和D型聚能管切缝机理,确定了影响爆破效果的关键参数。同时进行了不同炮孔间距的现场试验,借助钻孔窥视技术对爆破效果进行检测,最终确定了合理的爆破参数,炮孔仰角为70。,垂直巷帮施工,深度为11.5 m,封孔长度取4m,间距为600 mm。对于爆破参数,其装药密度为0.45 kg/m,采用连续装药结构,爆破方式为正向串联起爆,试验结果具有一定的工程借鉴意义。
The working face of 431301 in Liangshuijing Mine was taken as the engineering background,the technology of roof cutting and pressure releasing for gob-side entry retaining was studied.The mechanism of the roof cutting and pressure releasing for gob-side entry retaining and the slitting of D-type energy gathering tube were analyzed.And the key parameters affecting the blasting efiect were determined.The field test of different blast hole spacing was carried out.The blasting effect was tested by the drilling peek technique,and the reasonable blasting parameters were finally determined.The blast hole elevation angle was 70°,the vertical roadway was applied,the depth was 11.5m,the sealing length 4 m,and the spacing 600 mm;For the blasting parameters,the charging density was 0.45 kg/m,the continuous charging structure was adopted,and the blasting method was forward series detonation,with certain engineering reference significance.
