分铜工艺的优化及从分铜液中回收银的研究 被引量:20

摘要 本文对处理铜阳极泥硫酸化焙烧后的脱硒渣的原分铜工序进行优化,将Au、Pt、Pd、Te等富集于分铜渣中,并从分铜液中生产银粉为企业创造效益,达到节约能源、原材料的目的。脱硒渣的分铜工序不加热,不加酸,既保证铜与银的浸出率,又可以节约蒸汽成本,最大限度地降低金、银、铂、钯、碲的浸出,提高分铜渣中贵金属的富集率,银的浸出率达到32.91%,降低后续分银工序中液氨的用量。工艺优化之后,单锅分铜工序可以实现的效益为4357.2元。 In this paper,the original copper separation process of the de-selenium residue after sulfuric acid roasting of copper anode slime is optimized.Au,Pt,Pd and Te are enriched in the copper separation residue,and silver powder is produced from the copper separation solution to create benefits for the enterprise,so as to save energy and raw materials.In the copper separation process of the selenium residue,there is no heating or adding acid,which not only ensures the leaching rate of copper and silver,but also saves the steam cost,reduces the leaching of gold,silver,platinum,palladium and tellurium to the greatest extent,and improves the enrichment of precious metals in the copper separation residue.The leaching rate of silver reached 32.91%,which reduced the amount of liquid ammonia in the subsequent silver separation process.After the process optimization,the benefit of copper separation in a single pot is 4357.2 yuan.
