摘要
准确进行岩体质量评价对矿石开采具有重要意义。以蚕庄金矿为工程背景,通过ShapeMetrix 3D进行节理扫描,合成节理产状分布图,并采用分形理论对节理分布规律进行研究,推导出能够反映岩体质量评价的分形维数D,从而得出岩体的结构面具有自相似性。结合现有分级方法的分级结果,与分形维数D拟合,得出其拟合关系均具有较强的线性关系,当分形维数D越小,岩体的稳定性越强,其中Q系统分级结果与分形维数D的拟合程度最高,RQD分级结果与分形维数D的拟合程度最低。研究表明,当分形维数小于1.5时岩体质量较好,分形维数大于1.5时岩体质量一般。因此,采用分形维数判断岩体质量具有较强的实用性,能够成为岩体质量分级的一种定量方法,对矿山岩体稳定性分析具有指导作用。
Accurate evaluation of rock mass quality is of great significance for ore mining.Based on the engineering background of Canzhuang Gold Mine,the joint scanning was carried out by ShapeMetrix 3D to synthesize the joint occurrence distribution map.The fractal theory was used to study the joint distribution law,and the fractal dimension D which can reflect the quality evaluation of rock mass was deduced,so it was found that the structural plane of rock mass had self similarity.Combined with the classification results of the existing classification methods,and fitted with the fractal dimension D,it was concluded that the fitting relationship had a strong linear relationship.The smaller the fractal dimension D,the stronger the stability of rock mass.Among them,the fitting degree between Q-System classification result and fractal dimension D was the highest,and that between RQD classification result and fractal dimension D was the lowest.The results showed that when the fractal dimension was less than 1.5,the quality of rock mass was good;when the fractal dimension was greater than 1.5,the quality of rock mass was general.Therefore,using fractal dimension to evaluate rock mass quality had strong practicability,which can be used as a quantitative method of rock mass quality classification,and had a guiding role in the stability analysis of mine rock mass.
