摘要
医院后勤通过长期的人才梯队建设,完成复合型后勤人才体系和学科建设。在常规组织架构基础上,进行教学、科研、质控、能源、采购、管理工具六大专业平台的搭建。先后针对后勤安全质量管理、综合节能管理、后勤科研学术等开展专项工作和重点项目的管理与研究,稳步推动了后勤管理的标准化、专业化、规范化、信息化和精细化建设,为医院的发展保驾护航。
Through the long-term talent echelon construction,hospital logistics completed the complex logistics talent system and discipline construction.On the basis of the regular organizational structure,hospital has built six professional platforms of teaching,scientific research,quality control,energy,procurement and management tools.It has carried out special work and management research of key projects for the following logistics safety quality management,comprehensive energy conservation management,logistics research and academic.It has steadily promoted the standardization,specialization,standardization,informatization and refinement of logistics management,escorts the development of hospital.
