摘要
目的探讨音乐放松疗法联合经颅直流电刺激治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者不良情绪与肢体运动功能的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年1月于我院就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者110例分为试验组与对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规药物及康复治疗,试验组在此基础上增加音乐放松疗法联合经颅直流电刺激治疗进行干预。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后评估患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、功能性步行能力(FAC)、Zung’s抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Barthel指数(BI指标)、Zung’s焦虑自评量表(SAS)。结果治疗前两组患者FMA、FAC、SDS、SAS积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后两组患者FMA、FAC积分均增加,SDS、SAS积分减少,试验组变化水平大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后两组患者BI指数均增加,试验组变化水平大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐放松疗法联合经颅直流电刺激治疗能促进肢体的活动功能,缓解患者焦虑和抑郁状态。
Objective To explore the effects of music relaxation therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on adverse emotions and limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods According to the random number table method,110 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drugs and rehabilitation treatment,On the basis of this,the experimental group added music relaxation therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation to intervene.Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA),functional walking ability(FAC),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Zung's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Barthel index(BI)were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of FMA、FAC、SDS and SAS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of FMA and FAC increased,while the scores of SDS and SAS decreased in both groups,and the level of change in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BI index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,BI index increased in both groups,and the change level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music relaxation therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation can promote limb activity,improve daily activity ability,alleviate anxiety and depression of patients.
