摘要
以1年生‘夏黑’葡萄自根苗幼树为试材,采用盆栽淹水方法,设袋控过氧化尿素处理(T1)、撒施过氧化尿素处理(T2)、撒施普通尿素处理(T3)3个处理,以不施氮肥为对照(CK),研究在涝害过程中过氧化尿素对植株生长、根系活力以及叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:淹水胁迫下施用过氧化尿素提高了土表水体溶解氧的含量,提高了叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标,可有效缓解植物在逆境中的伤害作用。施用过氧化尿素有效增加了土表水体溶解氧含量,整个处理期间袋控过氧化尿素氧含量始终处于较高水平且稳定持久。淹水胁迫下过氧化尿素处理的葡萄幼树根系活力明显优于对照且差异显著。淹水胁迫下,施用过氧化尿素处理的葡萄幼树叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)下降幅度明显低于对照。施用过氧化尿素处理(T1、T2)叶绿素a和叶绿素b及叶绿素(a+b)含量分别比对照提高了75%、69%和41%、37%及63%、57%,差异显著。
Using the annual ‘summer black’ grape seedlings as experimental material,this experiment was carried out to study the effects of urea peroxide on plant growth,root activity and leaf photosynthetic characteristics under submergence stress by pot submergence.A total of 4 treatments were set in the experiment T1 bag-controlled urea peroxide treatment,T2 broadcast urea peroxide treatment,T3 broadcast ordinary urea treatment,and CK for the control without nitrogen fertilizer.Oxygen release characteristics,seeding growth,root activity,and photosynthetic data were measured under submergence stress.The results showed that the application of urea peroxide under the stress of flooding increased the content of dissolved oxygen in soil surface water,enhancing the content of chlorophyll,root activity and other physiological indicators,which could effectively alleviate the damage of plants in the adverse environment.The application of urea peroxide effectively increased the dissolved oxygen content of soil surface water,and the oxygen content of bag-controlled urea peroxide remained at a high level throughout the entire period.The root activity of grape saplings treated with urea peroxide under submergence stress was significantly better than that of the control group and the difference was significant.Under waterlogging stress,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatal conductance(Gs) of leaves treated with urea peroxide were significantly lower than those of the control.The content of chlorophyll a(chlorophyll a) and chlorophyll b(chlorophyll a+b) of T1 and T2 treated with urea peroxide increased by 75%,69%,41%,37%,63% and 57%,respectively,compared with the control group.
