摘要 为研究两种典型的真空排水泵站(真空泵+真空罐式和在线凸轮泵式)的抽真空速率、保压性能、运行能耗等方面的特征和差异,通过铁路真空排水(卸污)过程实测数据分析了两种不同形式真空排水泵站在排水过程中真空度变化规律及系统能耗。 In order to study the characteristics and differences of vacuum pumping rate,pressure holding performance and operating energy consumption of two typical railway vacuum sewage discharge units(vacuum pump+vacuum tank type and online cam pump type),this paper analyzed the principle and characteristic curve of the two type of railway vacuum sewage discharge pumping system,and the vacuum degree change law and system energy consumption of the two different types during the sewage discharge process are analyzed through the measured data of the vacuum unloading process.
