摘要
目的观察不同手术方式治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)对再生育的影响。方法CSP患者47例,根据不同手术方式分为两组。A组13例,采用CSP清除术+子宫修补术;B组34例,采用CSP清除术。观察两组术后妊娠情况及妊娠结局。结果两组年龄、孕次、产次等一般资料比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者术后妊娠、宫内妊娠、异位妊娠和CSP发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组活产8例,流产1例;B组活产16例,流产4例;两组活产率和流产率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论两种手术方式治疗CSP对再次妊娠及妊娠结局的影响无明显差异。
Objective To observe the influence of treating Cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) with different surgical methods on reproduction.Methods A total of 47 patients with CSP was treated with CSP removal plus uterine repair operation(group A,13 cases) or CSP removal operation alone(grouop B,34 cases).The postoperative pregnancy situation and outcomes were observed in two groups.Results The age,pregnancy times and production times were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).The differences in postoperative pregnancy,intrauterine pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy and CSP were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).Group A had 8 cases of live birth and 1 case of abortion.Group B had 16 cases of live birth and 4 cases of abortion.The live rate and abortion rate of two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion The two surgical methods have no significant difference in the effect of CSP on repregnancy and pregnancy outcomes.
