摘要
目的通过对某妇幼保健院运用结构化查询语言在住院病案首页质量控制中的应用情况进行分析,评价结构化查询语言在住院病案首页质量控制中的作用。方法运用结构化查询语言对数据的控制功能,查询并质控2017年1月1日-2018年12月31日124176份出院病案首页住院信息、诊疗信息、患者信息的数据。结果某院在结构化查询语言的辅助下,质控出病案首页完整规范性缺陷5606项、逻辑性缺陷3678项;按人工质控结果的错误率从高到低排列的前10个缺陷来计算,人工质控出2741项缺陷,运用结构化查询语言查询质控出8748项缺陷,其结果大于人工质控出的缺陷数量,两者差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论结构化查询语言是电子病案首页质量控制工作中的重要辅助工具,能有效提高病案首页质量控制的效率和准确率。
Objective This thesis analyses and studies the application of Structured Query Language in the quality control of the first page of medical records in a maternal and child health hospital, and evaluates the main role of Structured Query Language in the quality control of the first page of medical records. Methods This thesis uses the function of data control of Structured Query Language to query and control the data on the first page of medical records from January 1,2017 to December 31, 2018,including hospital information、diagnosis and treatment information and patient information. Results With the help of Structured Query Language, a hospital controlled 5606 defects in the integrity and standardization of the first page of medical records, and 3678 defects in the logic correctness;according to the first 10 defects ranked from high to low in the error rateof the results of artificial quality control, 2741 defects were found in the artificial quality control, 8748 defects were found in the query of the quality control with Structured Query Language, which was larger than the number ofdefects in the artificial quality control. There was a significant difference in the period of time(P<0.05). Conclusions For the quality control of the first page of electronic medical records, Structured Query Language is a important auxiliary tool, which caneffectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of the quality control of the first page of medical records.
