摘要
手足综合征无法以"综合征"、"疾患"、"病"为主导词,或以相关中英文全称查找正确编码。本文通过整理手足综合征的发病机制和临床表现,分析病案内容,转换主导词"红斑",再转换主导词"皮炎",并核对卷一后得该诊断的编码为L27.1,并根据所用药物得外因编码Y43.-。编码码人员需熟练掌握ICD-10理论知识、编码原则,并加强临床知识学习,善于查阅文献,多与医师交流,才能提升编码能力。
Hand-foot syndrome can not be characterized by "syndrome", "disease" and "disorder", or can be correctly encoded by the full name of relevant Chinese and English. In the present study, we established a code for the Hand-foot syndrome of L27.1 by sequence conversion the dominant words from erythema to dermatitis, which were based on the mechanism underlying the syndrome and its clinical presentations. Moreover, we recommended the external-cause code of the syndrome as "Y43.-" according to the use of drug therapy for it. Thus, in order to improve the coding ability, coders should master the theoretical knowledge and coding principles of ICD skillfully and actively learn clinical knowledge, as well as communicating with clinicians frequently.
