摘要
对一种易于工业化生产制备细颗粒蓝色氧化钨的工艺方案进行了研究。工艺方案为"APT-离解-铵钨化合物-煅烧过筛-细颗粒蓝色氧化钨",考察了炉管转速、进料速度、离解温度对离解效果的影响。运用扫描电镜、氮吸附仪、振筛机对该工艺和普通工艺(APT直接煅烧)得到的蓝色氧化钨进行了形貌和粒度分析比较。结果表明:该工艺得到的蓝色氧化钨粒度较细,形貌均匀,比表面积相对更小,可满足生产FWC04-06碳化钨粉的原料需求。
A technological scheme for the preparation of fine-grained blue tungsten oxide for industrial production was studied.The technological scheme is"APT-dissociation-ammonium tungsten compound-calcination-fine blue tungsten oxide".The effects of furnace tube speed,feed rate and dissociation temperature on dissociation effect are investigated.Scanning electron microscope,nitrogen adsorption instrument and vibrating screen were used to analyze and compare the morphology and particle size of blue tungsten oxide obtained by this process and common process(APT direct calcination).The results show that the blue tungsten oxide obtained by this process has finer particle size,uniform morphology and relatively smaller BET,which can meet the raw material requirements for the production of FWC04-06 tungsten carbide powder.
