摘要
目的对比在医学生人文素养的评价上,采取他评与自评的效果。方法选取200名临床见习生为研究对象,均进行客观结构化临床考试(OSCE),且采取他评与自评的方式对医学生人文素养进行评价,对人文素养各项得分率情况进行比较。结果在伦理法学得分率上他评低于自评(P<0.05);而在同理心、语言沟通能力与非语言沟通能力的评分上他评与自评差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且三个维度的得分均在80分以下。结论临床实习的医学生同理心、语言沟通能力与非语言沟通能力欠佳,有必要进行针对性的培养以提高其人文素养水平,进而为患者及家属提供良好服务。
Objective To compare the evaluation of medical students’humanities literacy,the effect of his evaluation and self-evaluation.Methods A total of 200 clinical trainees were selected as subjects.All of them underwent objective structured clinical examination(OSCE),and their evaluation and self-evaluation were used to evaluate medical students’humanities literacy,and the scores of humanistic literacy were compared.Results He was significantly lower than self-evaluation in ethical law scores(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between self-evaluation and self-evaluation on the scores of empathy,language communication ability and non-verbal communication ability(P>0.05).The scores of all three dimensions are below 80.Conclusion The clinical students’empathy,language communication ability and non-verbal communication ability are not well.It is necessary to carry out targeted training to improve their humanities literacy level,and then provide good services for patients and their families.
