摘要
目的探讨小儿肺炎行健康教育模式的效果。方法选入我院于2015年8月-2016年8月期间接收的肺炎患儿90例,以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为试验组和对照组,每组各为45例。试验组行健康教育模式,对照组行基础干预,对比两组护理后满意度、症状消失时间、肺功能指标。结果试验组护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组77.8%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床改善指标短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组FEV1、FVC、PEF、FEF25.0%~75.0%改善指标优于对照组,两组对比存差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将健康教育模式应用于肺炎患儿中,能够提升患儿家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education model on children with pneumonia.Methods 90 children with pneumonia received in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The experimental group was given health education model,while the control group was given basic intervention.The satisfaction,disappearance time of symptoms and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.3%higher than 77.8%of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);The clinical improvement index of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(3)The improvement index of FEV1,FVC,PEF and FEF in the experimental group was 25.0%~75.0%better than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education model in children with pneumonia can improve the satisfaction of family members of children with pneumonia.
