食品追溯体系对消费者行为的影响——以食盐为例 被引量:8

摘要 近年来,人们愈发关注食品安全与质量问题;为解决这一问题,国家开始建立食品追溯体系。文中以可追溯食盐为例,就食品追溯体系给消费者消费行为带来的影响这一问题展开探讨,以消费者对可追溯食盐的购买意愿为依据,总结了食品追溯体系的建立对消费者消费行为的影响结果,并对该结果进行了实证分析,在此基础上针对食品追溯体系的现状提出了意见和建议,以促进食品追溯体系的建设,为实现我国食品追溯体系的规范统一提供了动力。 Since the beginning of the year,people pay more and more attention to food safety and quality.To address this problem,the country began to establish a food traceability system.This paper,taking the traceability table salt,for example,on food traceability system brings to the consumers behavior also discussing this problem,the influence of on consumer purchase intention of the traceability of salt as the basis,summarized the establishment of a food traceability system influence on consumers behavior as a result,and has carried on the empirical analysis to the results,on this basis,based on the status of food traceability system put forward opinions and Suggestions,to promote the construction of food traceability system,to achieve the specification of the food traceability system in our country unified provided the impetus.
