摘要
针对油井分层监测与开采过程中的井下充分混合的油水两相介质流量测量问题,研制了一种基于卡门涡街原理的采油井井下涡街流量计。搭建了地面测试系统对其工作性能进行试验,首先利用清水介质对流量计进行标定,然后探究流量计在充分混合的油水两相介质中的测量精度。试验研究发现,涡街流量计在充分混合的油水两相介质中的流量测量值略低于实际流量;在相同流量下,降低两相介质的含水率会导致涡街流量计的旋涡脱落频率降低;此外,大流量工作状态下,环境振动对测量结果的影响被减弱。与采油井井下流量的测试需求相对照,研制的涡街流量计能够在清水标定、不需额外修正的情况下,完成采油井井下充分混合的油水两相介质的流量测量。
The vortex shedding flowmeter employed in producing wells was developed to solve the problem of measuring the flow of oil and water medium in the process of producing and well stratification monitoring.Ground testing system was developed and a series of experiments were carried out to test the vortex flow meter.Pure water was chosen as the medium to calibrate the flowmeter and further tests were conducted in water/oil two-phase medium.Experimental results showed that in two phase medium,vortex shedding flowmeter displayed slightly lower quantity than reference flowmeter.When the flow quantity was held,the decrease of water content brought about a decrease on the vortex shedding frequency.Moreover,it is observed that the condition of high flow quantity and high water content is beneficial to improve capacity of resisting disturbance.In general,the vortex flowmeter can meet the requirements of flow test in different oil-water ratio medium without additional modification by calibrating in the pure water and making no additional corrections.
