摘要
目的解芪了苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效,并分析其是否与血清基质裂解素2(ST2)水平有关。方法选取我院CHF患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,观察组给予芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、安全性及治疗前后心脏收缩和舒张功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、每分输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)]、血清ST2与N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEF、CO、SV高于治疗前,且观察组LVEF、CO、SV高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清ST2、NT-proBNP水平较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发现与药物相关不良反应。结论苈强芪心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片可安全有效改善CHF患者心脏收缩和舒张功能,可能与降低血清ST2水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)and analyze whether they are relevant to the somelysin-2 level(ST2).Methods A total of 74 patients with CHF receiving treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the Control Group and Observation Group,37 cases in each group.The Control Group was given sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets for treatment while the Observation Group was given Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets for treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and safety as well as systolic and diastolic function indicators(LVEF,CO,SV),serum ST2 and NT-proBNP level before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the Observation Group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).The LVEF,CO and SV of the two groups after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment,and the LVEF,CO and SV of the Observation Group were higher than those of the Control Group(P<0.05).The levels of serum ST2 and NT-proBNP in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the levels of serum ST2 and NT-proBNP in the Observation Group were lower than those of the Control Group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions were found during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets can safely and effectively improve cardiac systolic and diastolic function in patients with CHF,which may be related to the decrease of serum ST2 level.
