摘要
火电机组灵活性改造可提升机组的供热能力,提高机组深度调峰和快速启停能力,降低机组的发电煤耗。低压转子光轴改造和蓄热技术作为灵活性改造的重要手段被推广。对东北地区某亚临界300 MW机组低压转子光轴技术改造、蓄热技术改造进行了研究,研究表明:对300 MW机组进行低压缸光轴技术改造和蓄热技术改造是可行的,可大大提高机组供热能力和调峰能力,降低机组运行煤耗。
The flexibility transformation of the thermal power unit can improve the heating capacity of the unit,as well as the capacity of deep peak load regulation and rapid start and stop of the unit while reducing the coal consumption of the unit.As important means of flexibility transformation,the smooth shaft transformation of low-pressure rotor and heat storage technology are widely promoted.In this paper,a study is carried out based on the reconstruction technology of low pressure rotor smooth shaft and thermal storage technology of a subcritical 300 MW unit in Northeast China.The results show that the reconstruction technology of smooth shaft and thermal storage technology of low pressure cylinder for 300 MW unit is feasible,which can greatly improve the heat supply capacity and peak load regulation capacity of the unit and reduce the coal consumption of unit operation.
