摘要
将知识共享划分为个人导向知识共享(KS-I)与组织导向知识共享(KS-O),探究不同行为导向下的知识共享与创新行为之间的关系,以及集体主义对二者间关系的调节效应;结合动机性信息加工理论,考察认知动机和亲社会动机对不同行为导向下的知识共享的影响机理。通过对292份问卷的实证检验,结果发现:认知动机正向影响KS-I;亲社会动机正向影响KS-O;KS-I和KS-O均正向影响创新行为,但KS-O的影响功效高于KS-I;集体主义正向调节KS-I/KS-O与创新行为间关系。
Based on the classification of individual-oriented knowledge sharing(KS-I)and organization-oriented knowledge sharing(KS-O),this paper explores how knowledge sharing under different behavioral orientations affects innovative behavior,and the moderating effects of collectivism on the relationships between knowledge sharing and innovative behavior.In addition,it applies motivated information processing theory to examine the effects of epistemic motivation and pro-social motivation on knowledge sharing under different behavioral orientations.Based on the empirical analyses of 292 questionnaires,results show that epistemic motivation positively affects KS-I;pro-social motivation positively affects KS-O;although both KS-I and KS-O positively affect innovative behavior,the effect of KS-O is stronger;collectivism positively moderates the relationships between KS-I/KS-O and innovative behavior.
