摘要
目的探讨老年腹腔镜患者血清中胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、尿酸(UA)水平与患者认知能力的关系。方法选择2017年5月-2018年5月在本院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除手术治疗的老年患者90例,所有患者均采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中IGF-1,并检测患者UA水平,记录患者生活质量和自我效能、认知功能的关系,采用相关性分析探讨血清中IGF-A、UA水平与患者临床特点的关系。结果IGF-1高水平、UA高水平的患者自我效能和生存质量评分明显高于对应低水平的患者(P<0.05);IGF-1低水平的患者MMSE和LOTCA评分均高于对应高水平的患者(P<0.05),UA低水平的患者自我效能和生存质量评分均低于对于高水平的患者(P<0.05);UA与自我效能、生活质量、MMSE、LOTCA评分呈正相关(P<0.05);IGF-1与自我效能、生活质量呈正相关(P<0.05),与MMSE、LOTCA评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年腹腔镜手术患者胰岛素样生长因子、血尿酸水平与患者认知功能有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1)and uric acid(UA)with cognitive ability in elderly patients with laparoscopy.Methods Ninety elderly patients who were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital during May 2017-May 2018 were selected.All the patients were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the level of UA was detected.The relationship between the life quality and self-efficacy,cognitive function was recorded.Correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between the serum levels of IGF-A and UA and clinical characteristics of patients.Results The self-efficacy and the score of life quality of patients at high levels of IGF-1 and UA were significantly higher than those at low level(P<0.05).The MMSE and LOTCA scores in the patients at low level IGF-1 were higher than those at high level(P<0.05).The self-efficacy and quality of life score of patients with low level UA were lower than that of patients with high level UA(P<0.05);UA are positively correlated with self-efficacy,life quality,MMSE,and LOTCA score(P<0.05);IGF-1 was positively correlated with self-efficacy,quality of life(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with MMSE and LOTCA scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The insulin-like growth factor and serum uric acid level in elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery are correlated with cognitive function.
