基于物联网技术的变电站智能安全管控系统的设计及实现 被引量:18

Design and implementation of substation intelligent safety management and control system based on internet of things technology

摘要 针对目前主流变电站安全管控机制缺乏多维度视角管控、全局协同性较差、主动预警缺失、系统融合数据具有滞后性等固有弊端,提出了一种基于物联网技术的变电站智能安全管控模型并开发了应用系统。引入融合传感器集群的物联网技术获取变电站安全管控多维数据,利用数据挖掘算法对数据进行深度分析,具备面向差异业务的多维度视角管控与主动预警能力。以国家电网河北电力公司某±800kV特高压换流站为效能评价载体,基于VS2016集成平台开发了验证环境并对模型进行了实证分析,一线运维验证结果表明所提模型具备运维设备、运维人员、运维环境的全方位立体安全管控能力,较好解决了冗余热备系统、传感器集群及多机负载均衡问题,在稳定性、管控自主性、预警准确性、极端环境下的运维智能性等方面具有明显优势。 In view of the inherent drawbacks of the current mainstream substation safety management and control mechanism,such as lack of multi-dimensional perspective management and control,poor global synergy,lack of active early warning and lagging of system fusion data,an intelligent substation safety management and control model based on Internet of Things technology is proposed and an application system is developed.Introducing the Internet of Things technology of fusion sensor cluster to obtain the multi-dimensional data of substation security management and control,and using data mining algorithm to analyze the data in depth,it has the ability of multi-dimensional perspective control and active early warning for different services.Taking the(±800 kV)UHV converter station of Hebei Electric Power Company of State Grid as the carrier of efficiency evaluation,a verification environment is developed based on VS2O16 integrated platform and the model is analyzed empirically.The first-line operation and maintenance verification results show that the model proposed in this paper has the omni-directional three-dimensional safety management and control capability of operation and maintenance equipment,operation and maintenance personnel and operation and maintenance environment.It solves the problems of redundant waste heat reserve system,sensor cluster and multi-machine load balancing.It has obvious advantages in stability,autonomy of control,accuracy of early warning and intelligence of operation and maintenance in extreme environment.
