摘要
目的:调查海军某部军人生命质量状况,分析人格、应对方式及社会支持对生命质量的影响。方法:318名官兵现场集中测试,量表采用TDL生命质量测定表(TDL-QOLAS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),采用SPSS19.0进行数据分析、采用Amos17.0构建结构方程模型。结果:生命质量处于中等以上等级水平者为287人(90.25%);士兵组生命质量水平显著高于士官组(F=5.045,P=0.007),在生命质量总分(t=2.217,P=0.027)及自我健康意识因子(t=2.746,P=0.006)上已婚组军人显著低于未婚组;TDL-QOLAS总分与EPQ的精神病质(r=-0.268,P<0.01)、神经质(r=-0.483,P<0.01)呈显著负相关,与内外向(r=0.240,P<0.01)、掩饰(r=0.110,P<0.05)呈显著正相关;TDL-QOLAS总分与积极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.290,P<0.01),与消极应对呈显著负相关(r=-0.351,P<0.01);TDL-QOLAS总分与社会支持的客观支持、主观支持及支持利用度3个因子呈显著正相关(r=0.249,0.157,0.230;P<0.01);结构方程模型中生命质量的复回归分析的多元相关系数平方为0.58,各变量对生命质量的总效应大小依次为:人格(-0.706)、社会支持(0.409)、积极应对(0.184)、消极应对(0.123)。结论:人格影响海军某部官兵生命质量的效应较大,包括直接作用以及通过应对方式和社会支持为中介的间接作用。
Objective:To study the situation of quality of life and the ways of its interaction with personality,coping style,social support of soldiers in a certain naval troops.Methods:A total of 340 soldiers were evaluated by TDL Quality of Life Assessment Scale(TDL-QOLAS),Eysenck’s Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Data were analyzed with SPSS19.0 and Amos17.0.Results:The soldiers above average for quality of life were 287(90.25%);The quality of life in soldier was higher than that in warrant officer(F=5.045,P<0.01);Married group was significantly lower than unmarried group in total score(t=2.217,P<0.05)and self-health awareness(t=2.746,P<0.05)for quality of life;Quality of life was significantly negatively correlated with psychoticism(r=-0.268,P<0.01)and neurotisism(r=-0.483,P<0.01),positively correlated with extraversion(r=0.240,P<0.01)and lie(r=0.110,P<0.05)of EPQ;Quality of life was significantly positively correlated with positive coping style(r=0.290,P<0.01),negatively correlated with disappearing coping style(r=-0.351,P<0.01)of TCSQ;Quality of life was significantly positively correlated with objective support,subjective support,utilization of support of SSRS(r=0.249,0.157,0.230;P<0.01);The squared multiple correlations of quality of life was 0.58 in the structural equation modeling,The total effect to quality of life was personality(-0.706),social support(0.409),positive coping style(0.184),disappearing coping style(0.123)in turn.Conclusion:The total effect to quality of life through personality is high,including direct effects and indirect effects through coping style and social support.
