摘要
应用一种金刚石串珠钢丝绳切割技术,将高炉炉缸残铁呈块状切割解体,用卷扬机、平台车运出炉缸,在2^#1880m^3高炉上实施取得良好效果。绳锯具有准备时间短,切割灵活,低噪声,低粉尘,低污染,节能等特点。
By using the diamond bead wire rope cutting technology,the iron left in BF hearth was cut into pieces and disintegrated,then is transported out of the hearth by winch and platform car,having obtained a good effect in 1880 m^3 BF.The wire saw has the short preparation time,flexible cutting,low noise,low dust,low pollution,energy saving and other characteristics.
