摘要
目的:探讨浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中高频超声检查的临床价值。方法:选取2018年2-10月笔者所在医院收治的82例淋巴结疾病患者作为试验对象,采用高频超声对淋巴结良恶性进行鉴别诊断,参考标准为病理检查结果。结果:经高频超声诊断,诊断准确患者75例(91.46%),误诊7例(8.54%);良性淋巴结长径与短径均小于恶性淋巴结,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性淋巴结动脉收缩期血流速度明显低于恶性淋巴结,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将高频超声检查应用于浅表淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中的效果显著,不仅能够对淋巴结内部血流、形态进行综合评估,还可对浅表淋巴结良恶性进行初步判定,误诊率较低,具备临床推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph nodes.Method:A total of 82 patients with superficial lymph nodes admitted to our hospital from February to October 2018 were selected as the experimental subjects.High-frequency ultrasonography was used to differentiate and diagnose the benign and malignant lymph nodes.The reference criteria were pathological examination results.Result:High-frequency ultrasonography showed that 75 cases(91.46%)were diagnosed accurately,and 7 cases(8.54%)were misdiagnosed.The long and short diameters of the benign lymph nodes were smaller than those of the malignant lymph nodes,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the arterial systolic blood flow velocity of the benign lymph nodes was significantly lower than that of the malignant lymph nodes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-frequency ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant superficial lymph nodes has a significant effect.It can not only comprehensively evaluate the blood flow and morphology of lymph nodes,but also preliminarily evaluate the benign and malignant of superficial lymph nodes,which can significantly reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,and has the value of clinical promotion.
