摘要
目的分析小剂量罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2018年12月在我院进行剖宫产手术的116例产妇为研究对象,根据在剖宫产术中选择的麻醉药物的不同将其分为对照组(58例,罗哌卡因)和观察组(58例,罗哌卡因+舒芬太尼)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的麻醉起效时间、痛觉恢复时间均明显短于对照组,麻醉持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。术前、麻醉药物注射后1、3、5、10 min及术毕时,两组的心率和平均动脉压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇的产后不良反应总发生率及VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿出生后1、5 min时Apgar评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产术麻醉中的应用效果显著,麻醉起效快,术后镇痛效果明显,且对母婴影响小,术后不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of low dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in anesthesia of cesarean section. Methods A total of 116 parturients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(58 cases, ropivacaine) and observation group(58 cases, ropivacaine+sufentanil) according to the different anesthetic drugs selected during cesarean section. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The onset time of anesthesia and pain recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the duration of anesthesia was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before operation, 1, 3, 5, 10 min after anesthesia injection and at the end of operation, there were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P >0.05). The total incidence of postpartum adverse reactions and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). There were no significant differences in Apgar scores between the two groups at 1, 5 min after birth(P>0.05). Conclusion Low dose ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section anesthesia has significant application effect. It has a rapid onset of anesthesia, obvious postoperative analgesia effect, little impact on mother and infant, less postoperative adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
