摘要
目的:比较氧化锆全瓷冠联合纤维桩和改良延长术在前牙根折中的疗效差异,观察两种治疗方式对患者继发龋、牙周炎的发生率的影响。方法:选取2012年1月-2016年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的68例前牙复杂冠根折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组34例和研究组34例。对照组给予改良延长术和常规修复治疗,研究组同时给予氧化锆全瓷冠联合纤维桩修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果及随访继发龋、牙周炎等发生率。结果:研究组继发龋、牙根折断和牙周炎发生率均低于对照组,修复成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆全瓷冠联合纤维桩修复治疗前牙根折效果显著,其能显著提高修复成功率,并降低治疗后继发龋、牙周炎的发病率,改善患者远期预后,可作为一种临床首选的治疗方案。
Objective:To compare the curative effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with fiber post and modified lengthening in the treatment of anterior teeth root fracture,and to observe the effects of two treatment methods on the incidence of secondary caries and periodontitis.Method:A total of 68 patients with complex crown and root fracture of anterior teeth from January 2012 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and were divided into the control group(34 cases) and the research group(34 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with modified lengthening operation,while those in the study group were treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with fiber post.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of secondary caries and periodontitis were compared.Result:The incidence of secondary caries,root fracture and periodontitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of repair was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zirconia all-ceramic crown combined with fiber post has a significant effect on the treatment of anterior root fracture.It can effectively improve the tooth mobility,gingival sulcus bleeding index and periodontal exploration depth of patients.It can also effectively reduce the incidence of secondary caries and periodontitis after treatment and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.It can be used as a preferred clinical treatment.
