摘要
针对现有梭织物密度视觉识别系统多存有操作灵活性低、实现成本高以及系统复杂不便等问题,文中提出了一种基于智能终端的机织物密度视觉识别系统,该系统通过利用快速傅里叶变换,将接收到的由相机捕获的机织物图像进行自动识别,通过小波变换快速分析机织物的经纬纱线信息,在平台显示界面直接显示出机织物的密度检测结果。文章表明,有效克服了传统机织物密度识别系统灵活性低、实现成本高以及系统复杂不便的缺点,从而极大地提高了工作效率,有效促进我国纺织业的发展。
Aiming at the problems of low flexibility,high cost and inconvenience of the existing visual recognition system for woven fabric density,this paper presents a visual recognition system for woven fabric density based on Intelligent terminal.The system uses fast Fourier transform to automatically recognize the received woven fabric image captured by camera,and fast segmentation by wavelet transform.The warp and weft yarn information of woven fabrics is analyzed,and the density test results of woven fabrics are displayed directly on the platform display interface.It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional woven fabric density recognition system,such as low flexibility,high cost,and complex and inconvenient system,thus greatly improving work efficiency and effectively promoting the development of China’s textile industry.
