摘要
两件重载钩舌发生断裂。对断裂的钩舌进行了化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相检验及断口分析,以揭示其断裂的原因。结果表明:钩舌断裂属于疲劳断裂,疲劳裂纹萌生于牵引突缘的根部。钩舌的断口有多而密集的自由结晶体,导致钩舌的有效受力面积减小,在同样的牵引力作用下,从而较早发生疲劳断裂。此外,牵引突缘表面磨痕深浅不一,且与钩舌受力方向垂直,也促进了钩舌的疲劳断裂。
Two piece of heavy-duty hook tongues broke.The broken hook tongues were subjected to chemical composition analysis,mechanical property measurements,metallographic examination,and fracture testing to reveal the reason why the fracturing occurred.The results demonstrated that the hook tongue breaking belonged to fatigue failure,and fatigue crack emanated from the traction flange root,and that fracture of the hook tongue offered many dense free crystallines which caused effective stressed area of the hook tongue to become less,thus early breaking due to fatigue by the action of the same traction.In addition,the polishing scratches of varying depth presented in the traction flange surface,and were perpendicular to direction of force,which also promoted fatigue failure of the hook tongues.
