摘要
目的探讨新生儿黄疸治疗中应用蓝光照射联合早期抚触的临床效果。方法112例黄疸患儿实施分组探讨,各56例,对比常规组(蓝光照射)、研究组(蓝光照射联合早期抚触)临床效果。结果研究组黄疸消退时间、首次排便时间、排便次数以及胎便转黄时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);研究组体重、间接胆红素、直接胆红素均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在蓝光照射治疗的同时尽早抚触,效果确切。
Objective to explore clinical effect of early touch combined with blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods divide 112 cases jaundice children into two groups for discussion,56 cases in each group.Compare clinical effect of routine group(with blue light irradiation),research group(with blue light irradiation combined with early touch).Results jaundice subsiding time of,first defecation time of,defecation times and turning yellow time of fetal stool in study group were shorter than routine group(P<0.05);weight,indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin in study group was better than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion it is effective to touch as early as possible at the same time of blue light irradiation.
