摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊联合贝前列素钠降低糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组使用常规基础治疗,观察组使用百令胶囊联合贝前列素钠进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后的24 h尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的24 h尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平分别为(102.54±0.65)mg/24 h、(57.26±0.25)mg/24 h、(126.41±3.15)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(190.66±0.75)mg/24 h、(150.98±0.74)mg/24 h、(155.56±2.21)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病肾病患者进行治疗时,使用百令胶囊联合贝前列素钠能够取得更好的治疗效果,患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、24 h尿微量白蛋白和血肌酐水平均能够得到显著降低,延缓患者的肾功能衰退,是一种较为理想的糖尿病肾病治疗方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with beoprost sodium on decline of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received Bailing capsule combined with beoprost sodium for treatment.The levels of 24 h urinary microalbumin,24 h urinary protein quantification and serum creatinine were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of 24 h urinary microalbumin,24 h urinary protein quantification and serum creatinine were(102.54±0.65)mg/24 h,(57.26±0.25)mg/24 h and(126.41±3.15)mmol/L respectively in the observation group,which were lower than(190.66±0.75)mg/24 h,(150.98±0.74)mg/24 h and(155.56±2.21)mmol/L in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with beoprost sodium shows better therapeutic effect for patients with diabetic nephropathy.It can significantly reduce 24 h urine protein quantity,24 h urinary microalbumin and serum creatinine level of the patients,and delay the decline of renal function.It is an ideal treatment of diabetic nephropathy and contains high clinical application value.
