摘要
内侧副韧带(MCL)是膝关节内侧维持关节稳定性的最主要韧带,其功能与前交叉韧带(ACL)具有协同作用,共同维持膝关节的稳定性。MCL损伤是膝关节最常见的韧带损伤,其损伤后将对ACL生物力学产生影响,同时增加了ACL损伤的风险。研究MCL损伤后对ACL生物力学的影响可以更加深入理解MCL在维持膝关节稳定性中的重要性,为临床治疗提供更多理论支持。笔者对近年来MCL的解剖、功能、生物力学、损伤后对ACL生物力学的影响及治疗现状进行综述。
The medial collateral ligament(MCL)is the primary ligament for maintaining the medial stability of the knee joint.Its function is synergistic with the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)to maintain the stability of the knee joint.The MCL is commonly injured ligament in the knee joint,which will affect the biomechanics of the ACL and increase the risk of ACL injury.Studying the effect of MCL injury on the biomechanics of the ACL can further understand the importance of the MCL in maintaining knee stability and provide more theory for clinical treatment.In this paper,the anatomy,function,biomechanics,treatment of the MCL and the effect on the biomechanics of the ACL after injury are reviewed.
