金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与3种杀虫剂对瓜蚜的联合毒力 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]筛选出对瓜蚜具有增效作用的药剂桶混组合。[方法]室内用浸渍法测定了金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与3种化学杀虫剂桶混后对瓜蚜的室内联合毒力,并进行防治瓜蚜的田间药效试验。[结果]室内试验处理后48 h,筛选出了8组具有增效作用的桶混组合,其中金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与噻虫嗪按有效成分1∶9,与噻虫胺按有效成分3∶7、5∶5、7∶3、9∶1,与氟啶虫酰胺按有效成分3∶7、5∶5、7∶3桶混组合共毒系数分别为152.64、290.30、394.27、575.42、824.05、229.54、124.89、177.02。同时根据室内筛选结果进行田间试验结果表明:80亿孢子/m L金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421可分散油悬浮剂与25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂、20%噻虫胺悬浮剂、10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂桶混药后3、7、14 d防治效果分别在80%、85%和90%以上,其速效性显著优于金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421的防治效果,持效性显著优于化学杀虫剂的防治效果。[结论]金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421与3种化学杀虫剂桶混增效作用显著,为瓜蚜的农药减量化防控提供了理论依据。 [Aims]This research aims to screen out the synergistic tank mixtures against Aphis gossypii Glover.[Methods]The combined toxicity of Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 mixed with three insecticides to A.gossypii Glover was determined by impregnation method in laboratory,the field efficacy test of aphid control was carried out.[Results]After 48 hours,eight groups of barrel mix combinations with synergism were screened out.The toxicity coefficients of M.anisopliae CQMa421 and thiamethoxam were 152.64,290.30,394.27,575.42,824.05,229.54,124.89 and 177.02,respectively.At the same time,according to the indoor screening results,the control effect of M.anisopliae CQMa421,thiamethoxam 25% WG,thiamethoxam 20% SC and flutamide 10% WG were over 80,85 and 90% at 3,7 and 14 days after the mixture,respectively.The control effect of the single rapid available phosphorus was better than that of M.anisopliae CQMa421,the effect was quicker and lasting was better than that of single insecticide.[Conclusions]The synergistic effect of M.anisopliae CQMa421 mixed with three chemical was significant,and this test provided theoretical basis for pesticide reduction and control of A.gossypii Glover.
