摘要
基于数据可视化技术,对2011年~2019年前3季度我国儿童用品出口欧盟召回通报数据进行研究分析,得出产品召回风险点、召回原因与采取措施等数据字段关联信息,由此提出召回预警对策,以期为儿童用品出口企业和监控部门提供技术性贸易措施(TBT)应对参考。
Based on data visualization technology,this paper studies and analyzes the recalling data of children’s products exported to EU from 2011 to the first three quarters of 2019,gets the correlation information of high risk points,recalling reasons and measures adopted by notifying country,and therefore it proposes the early warning countermeasures for recalls,which is aimed at providing TBT countermeasures for exporters and supervisory authorities.
