摘要
介绍了食品安全控制相关的研究现状,重点分析了影响食品安全的关键因素,确定了商贸流通业对食品安全控制具有重要影响,应用回归分析对其影响进行了实证分析。最后在实证研究的基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。
The background related to food security control was introduced first. Then, key factors affecting food security control were analyzed detail. The commodity circulation has great affection on food security control. Regression analysis was used to validate the affection caused by commodity circulation. Finally, based on the results of analysis, some suggestions were proposed.
