摘要
目的分析与研究尼莫地平合甘露醇治疗脑出血后脑水肿的临床效果。方法选取82例2015年11月—2018年11月期间医院收治的脑出血脑水肿患者作为研究对象,采取区组随机化分组法将患者平均分为41例常规组、41例实验组,常规组给予尼莫地平进行治疗,实验组采取尼莫地平联合甘露醇治疗法,对不同模式下两组脑出血后脑水肿患者的治疗应用效果进行分析与比较。结果实验组患者脑出血后脑水肿治疗的总有效率显著高于常规组患者;治疗后常规组患者脑出血、脑水肿面积明显高于实验组;并且,实验组患者治疗半年后的复发几率明显低于常规组;患者数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血后脑水肿患者临床治疗中应用尼莫地平联合甘露醇进行治疗,可以明显降低患者脑出血、脑水肿面积,并且治疗后的复发率也比较低,治疗效果十分显著,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze and study clinical effect of nimodipine combined with mannitol in the treatment of cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and brain edema who were treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into routine group and experimental group averagely.Routine group was treated with nimodipine,while experimental group was treated with nimodipine and mannitol.Their therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The total effective rate and recurrence rate of experimental group were significantly better than conventional group,and the area of cerebral hemorrhage and edema in experimental group were significantly lower than conventional group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with mannitol in the treatment of cerebral edema after intracerebral hemorrhage can not only improve the clinical effect,but also effectively reduce the area of cerebral hemorrhage and edema,and the recurrence rate after treatment is relatively low,so it has high application value.
