摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年12月在医院进行血液透析的106例患者随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(53例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两组效果。结果经护理两组SAS、SDS得分及生活质量各维度得分均得到显著改善,且观察组护理后SAS及SDS得分显著低于对照组,生活质量各维度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于血液透析患者中可显著降低患者焦虑、抑郁情况,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients.Methods 106 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The control group was taken routine nursing and the observation group for comprehensive nursing.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS,SDS scores and quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved.The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than control group and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce anxiety and depression with less complications and higher quality of life of hemodialysis patients.
