围绝经期潮热的针灸治疗研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 围绝经期潮热是困扰围绝经期女性的一个重要问题。针刺治疗围绝经期潮热具有显著的疗效,且安全无毒副作用,被广大围绝经期女性倾向性选择。临床研究表明,针灸主要以补益肝脾肾、调补冲任等原则进行治疗,机制上主要是针灸升高雌二醇(E2)水平、降低黄体生成素(LH)产生、上调内啡肽神经递质水平、抑制降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)受体释放、平衡5-羟色胺(5-HT)整体水平等。总结分析,目前针灸治疗围绝经期潮热存在的些许不足,并提出不仅要临床上横向扩大研究范围,而且要进行深度的全面的机制研究。 A peri-menopausal hot flash is an important problem that plagues perimenopausal women. Recently,acupuncture is favored by increasing perimenopausal women due to its remarkable curative effect on a peri-menopausal hot flash, which has good safety and no side-effects. Clinical studies have shown that replenishing liver, spleen, and kidney, regulating Chong vessel and Conception vessel are the main principles of acupuncture treatment. And acupuncture increases the level of estradiol, decreases the production of luteinizing hormone, increases the level of endorphin neurotransmitter, inhibits the release of calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor, and balances the overall level of 5-hydroxytryptamine are the main mechanisms of the effect. This paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of acupuncture in treating perimenopausal hot flash, and points out that it is necessary to expand the scope of clinical research horizontally and to conduct in-depth and comprehensive mechanism research.
