摘要
针对港口及近海工程模型试验中对于生成多向波浪的需求,提出了一种蛇形造波机推波板结构,详细叙述了该推波板各组件的结构,及其装配、传动方式。基于ANSYS Workbench中的Design Modeler建立了简化后的推波板关键受力部分的7种强度、刚度提升方案的三维模型,分别导入Mechanical Modeler进行网格划分及加载计算,通过对比不同方案的分析结果,得到了改进后的推波板结构参数。经实际工作测试,生成波浪的波高、周期及推波板间倾角均满足设计要求,生成波浪的均匀性和重复性优于行业规范。
In this article aiming at generating multi-directional wave in the ports and offshore engineering model experiments,a push-wave plate of serpentine wave-maker is proposed.The structure,assembly and transmission mode of each component of the push-wave plate are described in detail.Based on the design modeler of ANSYS Workbench,the 3D models of several schemes of strength-and-stiffness improvement of the push-wave plate’s key force sections are worked out.These models are imported into the mechanical modeler for mesh generation and load calculation respectively.By comparing the results of different optimization schemes,the improved structural parameters of the push-wave plate are identified.The actual working test shows that wave height and period as well as the slope of the push-wave plate meet the design requirements and that the generated waves with a higher standard of uniformity and repeatability are superior to their counterparts generated according to industrial specifications.
