摘要
研究了试制的超低屈强比高强耐候钢的组织与性能。结果表明:试验钢的组织由多边形铁素体+贝氏体+少量珠光体构成;屈服强度达426.9 MPa,屈强比为0.6,断后延伸率为24%,-40℃冲击功为64.4 J,耐蚀性良好。盐雾试验显示试验钢锈层主要由α-FeO(OH)、γ-FeO(OH)和Fe3O4构成,且随时间增加,α-FeO(OH)相对含量基本稳定,γ-FeO(OH)相对含量逐渐减少,Fe3O4相对含量逐渐增多。
The microstructure and properties of ultra-low yield ratio high strength weathering steel were studied.The result shows that the test steel is composed of polygonal ferrite,bainite and a little pearlite.Its yield strength reaches 426.9 MPa,yield ratio is 0.6,elongation is 24%,impact energy at-40℃was 64.4 J,and corrosion resistance is on a nice performance.The results of salt spray test indicate that the rust layer of test steel is mainly consisted ofα-FeO(OH),γ-FeO(OH)and Fe 3O 4.With the increasing of time,the relative content ofα-FeO(OH)is stable,the relative content ofγ-FeO(OH)gradually decreases and the relative content of Fe3O4 gradually increases.
