摘要
社会主义职业精神由多种要素构成,它们相互配合,形成严谨的职业精神模式,其实践内涵体现在敬业、勤业、创业、立业四个方面。校企合作做到了应社会所需,与市场接轨,与企业合作的实践,是学生践行社会主义职业精神的重要途径。文章从校企合作的视角下,对高职学生社会主义职业精神培养的实践提出具体看法和主张,为提升高职学生社会主义职业精神出谋划策。
Socialist professional spirit is composed of various elements,which cooperate with each other to form a rigorous professional spirit model.Its practical connotation is reflected in the four aspects of dedication,diligence,entrepreneurship and establishment.School-enterprise cooperation meets the needs of the society,integrates with the market and cooperates with enterprises,which is an important way for students to practice the socialist professional spirit.From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward specific views and propositions on the practice of cultivating the socialist vocational spirit of vocational students in higher vocational colleges,so as to make Suggestions and Suggestions for improving the socialist vocational spirit of vocational students in higher vocational colleges.
