摘要
对1台600 MW四角切圆的双炉膛燃煤锅炉进行了低氮燃烧调整和SCR脱硝喷氨优化试验。结果表明:通过对燃尽风、炉膛氧量及喷氨格栅各支管流量分配进行了优化,降低了省煤器出口NO x浓度,提高了SCR脱硝反应器出口NO x与氨逃逸浓度分布的均匀性,可有效地预防和减轻空气预热器的硫酸氢铵堵塞,为实现脱硝超低排放稳定运行提供了技术支持,对同类型锅炉设备的降氮优化调整和改造具有借鉴意义。
The optimization adjustment tests of combustion and ammonia-injection-grid(AIG)were carried out in a 600 MW tangentially fired double-furnace boiler.The results showed that after the optimization of the over-firing air,the oxygen in the furnace and the flow distribution of each branch of AIG,the NOx emission concentration in flue gas at the economizer outlet was reduced,the distributions of NOx concentration and ammonia slip of SCR outlet were improved,the block due to the formation of ammonium bisulfate(ABS)in the air preheater can be effectively prevented and alleviated.This paper can supply technical supports for the safe,stable and ultra low emission operation of the unit and it also has certain reference significance on the optimal adjustment and transformation of NO x reduction for the same type units.
