摘要
新的历史发展时期对档案的管理工作有着更高的要求,在信息技术发展和科学技术冲击的背景之下,为了能够更好地发挥档案管理的作用、进行档案管理现代化建设,必须要对档案管理的要求以及档案管理的问题进行思考和探究,采取针对性的措施进行创新和改革。论文主要针对新形势背景下档案管理现代化的有效途径进行探讨。
The new historical development period has higher requirements for archive management,under the background of the development of information technology and the impact of science and technology,in order to give better play to the role of archive management and carry out the modernization of archive management,it is necessary to think about and explore the requirements of archive management and the problems of archive management,and take targeted measures to carry out innovation and reform.This paper mainly discusses the effective approaches of modernization of archive management in the new situation.
