摘要
以长沙冰雪世界入口综合楼屋盖钢拱支撑双曲网壳安装为背景,为实现双曲网壳结构的高精度安装,先应用深化设计软件进行三维数字控制,再采取地面散件拼装、分块整体吊装以及嵌补杆件高空拼装的安装方法,最终顺利地完成了该钢拱支撑双曲网壳的安装。经卸载模拟计算,该网壳屋盖的变形及应力均控制在允许范围内,确保了网壳的安装质量和精度。
Taking the installation of hyperbolic latticed shell supported by steel arch on the roof of Changsha Ice Snow World entrance complex building as the background,in order to realize the high precision installation of hyperbolic latticed shell structure,the three-dimensional digital control is carried out firstly by using the in-depth design software,and then the installation methods of ground parts assembly,partitioned integral hoisting and high-altitude assembly of embedded bars are adopted,finally the installation of hyperbolic latticed shell supported by steel arch is successfully completed.After unloading simulation calculation,the deformation and stress of the latticed shell roof are controlled within the allowable range,ensuring the installation quality and accuracy of the latticed shell.
