摘要
通过介绍深圳蛇口太子湾希尔顿酒店项目在设计过程中遇到的难点,重点就热源选择、酒店给水和热水系统分区、冷热水同源保证压力平衡、节能措施、非传统水源利用、特殊建筑造型带来的排水转换、以及消防系统的设计特点进行分析探讨,供设计参考。该项目系统设计在满足国家、地方规范(规程)的基础上,通过将技术难点分解消化,结合酒管的需求、后期物业管理的要求、消防系统安全可靠性等要求,最后在给排水、消防各种系统中挑选出相对匹配、合理的系统。
Through the Prince Bay Hilton Hotel(Yihai building)introduction of the difficulties encountered in the design process of the project,this paper focuses on the selection of heat source,the zoning of hotel water supply and hot water system,the pressure balance of cold and hot water from the same source,energy-saving measures,non-traditional water utilization,the drainage conversion brought by special building shape,and the design characteristics of fire-fighting system for the reference of design.On the basis of meeting the national and local codes(regulations),the system design of the project,by decomposing and digesting the technical difficulties,combined with the requirements of liquor management,property management in the later stage,safety and reliability of the fire protection system,finally selects the relatively matched and reasonable system in the water supply and drainage,fire protection systems.
