摘要
目的分析患者眼底荧光素钠血管造影不良反应情况。方法回顾2016年1月至2017年12月在温州医科大学附属眼视光医院进行眼底荧光素钠血管造影检查的患者7483例,记录所有患者从静脉给药至离开造影室1 h内不良反应发生情况,研究分析不同性别,不同年龄,不同疾病眼底荧光素钠血管造影不良反应发生情况及相应处理。结果共出现不良反应者325例,以糖尿病视网膜病变患者最多,其次是视网膜静脉阻塞患者,且以男性为主。中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者有56例(17. 2%),以中青年居多。轻度不良反应以糖尿病视网膜病变患者为主,中度不良反应以中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者居多,重度不良反应只出现于中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者(3例)和葡萄膜炎患者(1例)。结论对于可能出现的重度不良反应,应加强对这些患者的观察和预防。应严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,发生紧急状况时做好及时救治的准备,确保患者生命安全。
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of patients after fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)examination. Methods A total of 7843 patients who underwent FFA in Eye Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The incidence of adverse reactions occurred in the patients who started intravenous administration until they left the examination room in 1 hour. Different ages,diseases,and sex of adverse reactions of fundus fluorescein angiography,and corresponding treatment were analyzed. Results There were 325 patients with adverse reactions,FFA has the most adverse reactions in DR patients,followed by RVO patients,of which male were in majority. Among them,17.2%(56 cases)happening CSC patients,mostly in young and middle-aged patients. Mild adverse reactions were predominant in patients with DR,and moderate adverse events were predominant in CSC patients. Severe adverse events occurred only in CSC patients(3 patients)and uveitis patients(1 patient). Conclusion For possibility severe adverse reaction patients,observation and prevention should be strengthened during clinical examination. Therefore,strict control of indications and contraindications,and the preparation of timely emergency treatment for emergencies can ensure the safety of patients.
