摘要
踝关节扭伤是常见的运动损伤,部分踝关节扭伤患者会发展到慢性踝关节外侧不稳定阶段,往往需要手术治疗。通过引入加速康复外科理念,对术后康复方案进行全面优化,可以进一步提高患者疗效。为了规范慢性踝关节外侧不稳定术后康复,以循证医学证据为依据,经过全国专家组反复讨论,编制本专家共识,供全国骨科医师、康复医师和治疗师、护理人员等在临床工作中参考应用。本共识主要内容包括:患者宣教、软组织肿胀处理、疼痛管理、支具保护和负重训练、肌力训练、本体感觉和平衡觉训练、关节活动度训练、关节松动训练、基本功能恢复训练和运动专项训练、出院随访管理。
Ankle sprain is a type of common physical injury. Some patients will develop into chronic lateral ankle instability,which requires surgery treatment. By introducing the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, post-operative rehabilitation management is optimized totally and the quality of treatment can be further improved. To standardize the post-operative rehabilitation management in chronic lateral ankle instability, we compiled this expert consensus, supported by evidence-based medicines, through the repeated discussion of Chinese expert group, for all orthopedic clinical staff to refer. This consensus contained 10 parts as including patient education, management of early postoperative soft tissue swelling, pain management,brace protection and weight-bearing training, muscle strength training, proprioception and balance training, joint mobility training, joint mobilization training, basic function recovery training and sports training and follow-up management.
