摘要
产融结合是体育产业市场自发形成的金融创新发展范式,具有缓解融资约束、优化资源配置和增进产业协同的重要功能,是解决体育产业资本供需矛盾,推动体育产业高质量发展的一剂良药。运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,以探索性研究方式,穿透目标企业股权结构,梳理我国体育产融结合的实践进程,并借鉴先发市场经验,发现体育产融结合的生成逻辑,匹配体育产融结合的发展模式,提出体育产融结合的优化对策。研究认为,我国体育产融结合处于初级阶段,产业发展向好、政府规制推动和金融市场发育是体育产融结合的现实保障;资本逐利性、产业融资约束、金融支持阻碍和“脱虚向实”的政策调控是体育产融结合的动因机制;金融风险是体育产融结合的制约因素。三者交互均衡作用,共构了体育产融结合的生成逻辑。在实践中,应基于控制、组织、结构与技术四向维度,结合体育产业现实特征,秉持综合性、可行性、适用性和多样性的原则,选择恰当的权力分配、组织形态、基础构建和交易对手模式,并以风险防范和混业监管的风险应对策略为基础,以规范治理和利益平衡的组织协同策略为保障,以“政企双驱”“聚焦主业”的良性发展策略为原则,以“与‘融’俱进”“校企联动”的优化提升策略为目标,层层递进,推动体育产融结合的发展进程。
The combination of industry and finance is a financial innovation development paradigm spontaneously formed in the sports industry market,which has an important function of easing financial constraints,optimizing resource allocation and enhancing industrial synergy.It is a good medicine to solve the contradiction between capital supply and demand in the sports industry and promote the high-quality development of the sports industry.By using the methods of literature and case analysis,this paper studies the ownership structure of the target enterprises in an exploratory way,combs the practical process of the combination of sports industry and finance in China.And based on the experience of the first market,this paper finds out the formation logic of the combination of sports industry and finance,matches the development mode of the combination of sports industry and finance,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the combination of sports industry and finance.According to the research,this paper points out that the current combination of sports industry and finance is in the primary stage;the motives of the combination of sports industry and finance are the pursuit of profit,the contradiction between industrial development and financing constraints,the obstruction of financial support and the policy regulation of“shifting from empty to real”;the development of industry,government regulation and financial market are the realistic guarantee of the combination of sports industry and finance.;Financial risk is the restrictive factor of the combination of sports industry and finance.According to the practical characteristics of the sports industry,we should adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,feasibility,applicability and diversity,and choose appropriate power distribution,organizational form,infrastructure construction and counterpart mode.At the same time,we should take the risk response strategies of risk prevention and mixed industry supervision as the basis,the organizational coordination strategies of standardized governance and interest balance as the guarantee,the benign development strategies of“tow-way driving forces of government and enterprise”and“focusing on the main business”as the principle,the optimization and promotion strategies of“advancing with integration development”and“school-enterprise cooperation”as the goal to promote the development process of the combination of sports industry and finance step by step.
