摘要
目的 探讨药师在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间开展基于"在线处方"的慢病患者药学服务新模式的效果。方法 2020年2月24日至3月7日,医师对慢病患者实施"在线处方",门诊药房增加新的工作模式。结果 门诊"在线处方"施行后,医师在线为慢病患者复诊、药师审核处方、医保患者到院直接付费取药、自费患者药品配送到家的新模式,既方便了患者、节省时间,又减少了患者来院交叉感染的机会。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间,"在线处方"服务使得慢病患者的用药得到了保障,提高了患者获取药物的效率,开启了药师提供药学服务的新模式。
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacists’new mode of pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic disease based on″online prescription″during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods Since the implementation of″online prescription″for patients with chronic diseases in our hospital from February 24 to March 7,2020,the outpatient pharmacy was adjusted into conduct a working mode.Results After the implementation of″online prescription″in outpatient service,the patients returned to the doctor online,the pharmacists reviewed the prescription,the medical insurance patients directly paid to the hospital to pick up the medicine,and the patients at their own expense could deliver the medicine home,which not only facilitated patients,saved time,but also reduced the chance of cross-infection of the patients with chronic diseases to the hospital for the prescription.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the service of″online prescription″can ensure the medication of patients with chronic diseases,improve the efficiency of patients access to drugs,and open a new model for pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care.
