摘要
自然资源机构改革背景下,重塑自然资源管理格局,需要切实做好信息化建设工作,构建起能够实现全面覆盖的动态化、精细化自然资源信息化管理体系,帮助管理机构完成对于自然资源的清查工作,明确资源管理绩效,促进部门监管水平的提高。文章从新时期自然资源信息化管理的要求出发,就自然资源信息化建设的发展策略进行了积极探索。
In the context of the reform of natural resource institutions, to reshape the natural resource management landscape, we need to facilitate informatization construction, build a dynamic and refined natural resource information management system that can achieve comprehensive coverage, and meanwhile help management institutions complete inventory of resources, clarify the performance of resource management, and promote the improvement of departmental supervision. Starting from the requirements of natural resource informatization management in the new period, this article actively explores the development strategy of natural resource informatization construction.
