摘要
锅炉压力容器作为一种可调性的特种设备,其内部的介质往往是在一定压力下工作的高温气体或高温液体,从本质上来说,锅炉压力容器本身在实际运行过程中具有较大的危险性,若是出现锅炉压力容器泄露问题,将很有可能威胁到人们的生命财产安全。本文从锅炉自身以及环境、人员等方面分析锅炉压力容器检验中常见的问题,并针对性地提出相关解决措施,以期能够为相关业内人士提供理论参考。
Boiler pressure vessel is a kind of adjustable special equipment.The internal medium of the boiler pressure vessel is usually high temperature gas or high temperature liquid that works under a certain pressure.Fundamentally,the boiler pressure vessel itself has relatively Great danger,if the leakage of boiler pressure vessel occurs,it will likely threaten the safety of people's personal property.This paper analyzes the common problems in boiler pressure vessel inspection from the aspects of the boiler itself,the environment,and personnel,and propose relevant solutions in order to improve the theoretical reference for related industry professionals.
