摘要
绿色建筑能在其使用寿命周期内最大限度地节约资源和保护环境,从而为人们提供更加健康、节能、高效及舒适的使用空间,是当前建筑行业可持续发展的重要方向。绿色建筑技术是使建筑物达到"绿色"标准的基础,对其运行应用效果进行后评估可为新一轮建筑的建造或既有建筑的改造提供依据。回顾建筑技术、绿色建筑及绿建技术应用后评估研究的发展历程,对其内容、方法及研究现状等方面进行总结,并指出当前绿建技术后评估研究的重点内容及发展方向,以期为相关研究者提供参考意见。
Green building can save resources and protect the environment to the greatest extent in its service life cycle,so as to provide people with more healthy,energy saving,efficient and comfortable use space,which is an important direction of sustainable development of the current construction industry.Green building technology is the basis for buildings to meet the"green"standard,and the post occupancy evaluation of its operation and application effect can provide a basis for the construction of a new round of buildings or the transformation of existing buildings.The author reviewed the development process of post occupancy evaluation research on building technology,green building and green building technology,summarized its contents,methods and research status,and pointed out the key contents and development direction of the post occupancy evaluation research on green building technology,so as to provide a reference for relevant researchers.
